Having trouble figuring out how to sew this together. Is there a diagram? Pattern says to mark center 30" of one long edge for neck. Fold fabric in half and sew seam from markers to edges. This is confusing.

Just checked the original pattern and there is no diagram. This is a Coats & Clark pattern. Here's the contact information: http://www.coatsandclark.com/Contact+Us/ They should be able to help you with your specific pattern questions. Thanks!
