Chicken Casserole
Ingredients:
3 whole chicken breasts, parboiled
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can golden mushroom soup
1 pint sour cream
1 box prepackaged stuffing
1 1/2 c. applesauce
2 T. butter, melted
Directions:
- Cut up chicken and place in the bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan.
- Cover with the 2 cans of soup and the sour cream.
- Mix 1 box stuffing with applesauce and butter. Put over top of soup.
- Bake, covered, at 350 deg for 45 minutes, then for 15 minutes, uncovered.
