Chicken Dip
Ingredients:
2 boneless chicken breasts
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
3/4 tsp. salt
2 to 3 shakes Tabasco sauce
1/4 c. red peppers, diced
Directions:
- Saute boneless chicken breasts in olive oil, then cut into pieces.
- Mix into bowl: cream cheese, milk, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, Tabasco sauce, red peppers and jalapeno peppers.
- Combine chicken with mixture and bake at 350 deg for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
