Chili Dip
Ingredients:
8 oz. cream cheese
1 can chili, no bean
1 lg. onion
Monterey Jack with jalapeno peppers
Tortilla chips
Directions:
- Spread 8 ounces cream cheese in bottom of pie plate.
- Top with a can of beanless chili.
- Top with 1 large onion, chopped.
- Shred a brick of Monterey Jack cheese with peppers. Put on top.
- Bake at 350 deg for 30 minutes.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
