Description

Delicious dip with a little bit of a kick.

Ingredients

1 large onion
8 oz cream cheese
1 can chili, no beans
  monterey jack cheese with jalapeno peppers
  tortilla chips

Instructions

  1. Spread 8 ounces cream cheese in bottom of pie plate.
  2. Top with a can of beanless chili.
  3. Top with 1 large onion, chopped.
  4. Shred a brick of Monterey Jack cheese with peppers. Put on top.
  5. Bake at 350 deg for 30 minutes.
  6. Serve with tortilla chips.
