New Year's Bells

Bells to decorate the mantelpiece or to hang in a window can be made from paper drinking cups.

If you wish, first cover the cups with fancy wrapping paper or metal foil.
Next, punch two nail holes in the bottom of the cup, then put a small bell, button or bead on a piece of ribbon that has been doubled over.
Run the ribbon ends through the holes in the bottom of the cup and tie them into a bow.
