Knitting Needles: 5.5mm [US 9].
Yarn needle.

GAUGE: 14 sts = 4"; 24 rows = 4" in pat. CHECK YOUR GAUGE. Use any size needles to obtain the gauge.
To Fit Bust: 30-32 (34-36, 38-40)".
Finished Bust: 33 ¾ (37, 40 ½)".

NOTE: Slip stitches as if to Knit.

BACK: Cast on 59 (65, 71) sts. Knit 6 rows. Purl 1 row. Begin Lace Pat:

Row 1 (Right Side): K1, K3, * yo, sl 1, K2tog, psso, yo, K3; rep from * to last st; K 1.

Row 2: Purl.

Row 3: K 1, yo, sl 1, K2tog, psso, yo, * K3, yo, sl 1, K2tog, psso, yo; rep from * to last st; K 1.

Row 4: Purl.

Rep Rows 1-4 for pat until 19 (21, 23)" from beg, end by working Row 1 or 3.

Shape Neck/Shoulders: P17 (17, 20), attach new ball of yarn and bind off center 25 (31, 31) sts. P to end.

Working both sides at same time continue even in pat until 20 (22, 24)" from beg. Bind off all sts.

FRONT: Work same as back until 17 (19, 21)" from beg, end by working Row 1 or 3.

Shape Neck/Shoulders: P21 (21, 24), attach new ball of yarn and bind off center 17 (23, 23) sts. P to end.

Working both sides at same time dec 1 st at each neck edge every row until 17 (17, 20) sts remain.

Work even until front measures same as back to shoulders. Bind off all sts.

SLEEVES: Cast on 41 (47, 53) sts. Knit 6 rows. Purl 1 row. Work in Lace Pat same as for back, shaping sides by inc 1 st each end of 5th row, then every right side row until there are 53 (59, 65) sts, working added sts into pat. Work even until 4 ½" from beg. Bind off all sts.

FINISHING-Neckband: Sew right shoulder seam. With right side facing, beg at left front, pick up and K 12 sts down left neck, 17 (17, 23) sts across front neck, 12 sts to shoulder seam, 31 (37, 37) sts across back neck - 72 (78, 84) sts. Knit 4 rows. Bind off loosely in K.

Sew remaining shoulder and neckband seam. Place center of sleeve top at shoulder seam and sew in place. Sew sleeve and side seams.
