Breakfast Fruit Salad

What You Need:

  • 2 C of fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 2 C of grapes, halved
  • 1 cantaloupe, cut into chunks
  • 2 firm bananas, sliced
  • 1/3 C of orange juice

How to Make It:

  1. Place all the fruit in a bowl and toss to combine.
  2. Pour the orange juice over the top and toss to coat well.
  3. Cover and refrigerate until chilled through.
  4. Stir before serving.

Makes 10 servings

Use any of your favorite fruits in this tasty breakfast dish. Use whatever type of pure fruit juice you have on hand. This dish works well for breakfast, as a side dish or even as an afternoon snack.
